Minnie Mouse Paper Plate Craft
Make a Minnie Mouse paper plate craft with your kids using simple supplies like paint, construction paper, and glue. A fun Disney-inspired activity perfect for playdates, birthdays, or just a rainy day.
Materials
- Paper plate
- Red, black, yellow, and white acrylic paint
- Red and black construction paper
- Pencil
- Black marker
- Hot glue gun or school glue
Tools
- Scissors
- Paintbrush
- Sponge dauber
Instructions
- Gather your supplies, including a paper plate, construction paper, paint, scissors, glue, and a marker.
- Paint the bottom half of the paper plate red and let it dry completely.
- Paint the top half of the plate black.
- Use a round template to trace two large circles onto black construction paper and cut them out. These will become Minnie’s ears.
- On red construction paper, trace and cut out a bow shape.
- Use the black marker to add details to the bow.
- Dip the sponge dauber into white paint and stamp polka dots across the red section of the plate to complete Minnie’s classic look.
- Once dried, flip the paper plate over and glue two of the black circles to the top back of the plate to make Minnie’s ears.
- Glue the bow between Minnie’s ears at the top center of the plate.
- Hang your finished Minnie Mouse up on display!
