Step 2: Paint the Plate
Paint the outside of the plate aqua and let it dry.

Step 3: Cut the Head and Fins
Print the patterns, then trace and cut a head from aqua cardstock, and a tail, mouth, dorsal fin, and pectoral fin from yellow cardstock.

Step 4: Add Marker Details
Draw an outline on the mouth and detail lines through the tail and both fins with the orange marker.

Step 5: Attach the Head
Glue the pectoral fin to the curved side of the head, then glue the head onto the body.

Step 6: Attach the Tail, Fin, and Mouth
Attach the tail to the back, the dorsal fin to the top, and the mouth to the front.

Step 7: Add the Eye
Add the wiggle eye to the head.
