Craft supplies arranged on a table including a white paper plate, two bottles of acrylic paint, a paintbrush, a black marker, googly eyes in packaging, a hot glue gun, scissors, and green paper.

Step 2: Paint the Paper Plates

Basecoat the inside of one paper plate with light orange acrylic craft paint, and the second plate with medium orange. Set aside to dry and apply a second coat if necessary.
