Step 2: Paint the Plate
Paint the outside of the plate light pink and let it dry, adding a second coat if needed.
Step 3: Cut the Snout and Ears
Print the pig patterns, then trace and cut a snout from light pink cardstock and two ears from medium pink cardstock.
Step 4: Attach the Ears
Glue the ears to the top corners of the plate.
Step 5: Attach the Snout
Attach the snout to the center of the pig's face.
Step 6: Stamp On Cheeks
Dab medium pink paint onto the sponge and stamp cheeks on either side of the face, then let dry.
Step 7: Add the Eyes
Add the wiggle eyes just above the snout.
Step 8: Draw the Snout Details
Draw a mouth and two oval nostrils on the snout with the black marker.
Step 9: Twist the Tail
Twist a pink chenille stem with your fingers into a curly tail shape, a fun little hands-on moment to hand over to your kid entirely.
