How to Make a Chick Popsicle Stick Craft
This chick popsicle stick craft comes together with painting, cutting, and a little gluing. Follow the steps below to make your adorable Easter chick.
Step 1: Gather Your Supplies
Gather all the supplies for this chick popsicle stick craft. Having everything ready before you start makes the process smooth and fun.
Step 2: Paint the Craft Sticks
Paint 5 craft sticks yellow. Set aside to dry and apply a second coat if necessary.
Step 3: Assemble the Chick Body
Once dry, lay the 5 yellow sticks side by side and glue them together to form the chick's rectangular body.
Step 4: Trace and Cut the Features
Trace and cut wing shapes from gray cardstock, a small triangle beak from orange cardstock, and small feet from yellow or orange cardstock.
Step 5: Attach the Features and Add Details
Attach wiggle eyes and the orange beak to the chick's face using a glue stick.
Glue the gray wings to the sides of the body and the feet to the bottom edge.
Use a black marker to draw two small nostrils on the top of the beak and add any other face details you like.
All done!
