What You’ll Need for This Handprint Acorn Craft

Handprint Acorn Craft
Make this adorable acorn handprint craft with your kids using just construction paper, glue, and scissors! A fun and easy fall craft that sneaks in fine motor practice too.
Materials
- Brown construction paper (two shades)
- White paper
- Glue stick
- Brown marker
- Black marker
- Pencil
Tools
- Scissors
Instructions
- Gather your supplies.
- Trace your child’s hand on brown construction paper and cut it out.
- Cut an acorn cap shape from darker brown paper.
- Use a brown marker to draw a criss-cross pattern on the acorn cap.
- Glue the cap on top of the handprint.
- Cut out two ovals from white paper for the eyes and glue them on.
- Use a black marker to draw pupils on the eyes and a little smile below.
- Hang your finished acorn on display!
