How to Make a Pumpkin Popsicle Stick Craft
Step 1: Gather Your Supplies
Gather all the supplies for this pumpkin popsicle stick craft. Having everything ready before you start makes the process easy and fun.
Step 2: Paint the Craft Sticks
Paint 3 popsicle sticks orange. Let dry and apply a second coat for full coverage.
Step 3: Assemble the Pumpkin Body
Once dry, arrange the 3 orange sticks into a triangle to form the pumpkin shape and glue together.
Cut and attach a backing triangle cut from orange paper to the back for stability.
Step 4: Add the Stem and Leaf
Cut a small stem from brown paper and a small leaf from green paper.
Attach them to the top tip of the pumpkin triangle.
Step 5: Add the Vertical Ridges
Use a green colored pencil or marker to draw a few light vertical lines on the orange pumpkin body to simulate the ridges of a pumpkin.
Step 6: Draw the Jack-o-Lantern Face
Use a black marker to draw triangle eyes, a triangle nose, and a jagged jack-o-lantern smile on the pumpkin's face.
All done!
