How to Make a Strawberry Popsicle Stick Craft
This strawberry popsicle stick craft comes together quickly with painting, cutting, and gluing. Follow the steps below to make your adorable craft stick strawberry.
Step 1: Gather Your Supplies
Gather all the supplies for this strawberry popsicle stick craft. Having everything ready before you begin keeps things easy and fun.
Step 2: Paint the Craft Sticks
Paint both jumbo craft sticks red. Set aside to dry and apply a second coat for full coverage.
Step 3: Assemble the Strawberry
Once dry, place the two red sticks side by side and glue them together to form the strawberry body.
Step 4: Trace and Cut the Hull
Trace and cut a strawberry hull (the leafy green top) from green cardstock. Cut it with a slightly jagged edge to look like strawberry leaves.
Step 5: Attach the Hull
Glue the green hull to the flat top of the assembled red sticks.
Step 6: Add the Seeds and Details
Use a white paint pen or a dab of white acrylic paint to add small oval seed dots across the red strawberry surface.
Use a black marker to add any remaining details, such as a thin curved line along the center of the strawberry.
