Koala Paper Roll Craft

Step 1: Gather Your Supplies

Gather your supplies: toilet paper rolls, gray and pink paint, googly eyes, paper, scissors, marker, and glue.

Step 2: Paint the Roll Gray

Paint the toilet paper roll gray and let it dry completely.

Step 3: Trace the Koala Pieces

Trace the ear, belly, and nose templates onto construction paper (gray, pink, and black).

Step 4: Cut Out the Pieces

Cut out all the traced shapes carefully with scissors.

Step 5: Add the Belly, Nose, and Eyes

Glue the gray oval belly onto the front of the paper roll.

Attach the black oval nose near the top center of the roll.

Glue on the googly eyes above the nose.

Step 6: Make and Attach the Ears

Layer the pink circles on the gray ear shapes and glue them together.

Cut a slit into the ears to slide the paper roll into.

Glue the completed ears onto each side of the top of the roll.

Step 7: Draw the Mouth

Use a black marker to draw a simple mouth below the nose.

Step 8: Add Rosy Cheeks

Dip the end of a pencil eraser into pink paint and dab on two rosy cheeks.
