How to Make a Fox Popsicle Stick Craft
This fox popsicle stick craft comes together with painting, cutting, and gluing. Follow the steps below to create your charming craft stick fox.
Step 1: Gather Your Supplies
Gather all the supplies for this fox popsicle stick craft. Laying everything out before you start keeps the process easy and fun.
Step 2: Paint and Assemble the Craft Sticks
Paint 5 craft sticks orange. Set aside to dry and apply a second coat if necessary.
Once dry, lay all 5 orange sticks side by side and glue them together to form the fox's face and body.
Step 3: Trace and Cut the Features
Trace and cut 2 pointed ears from orange cardstock with white inner ear inserts, and a white muzzle/chest area from white cardstock.
Step 4: Assemble the Ears, Tail, and Paws
Attach the white inner ear piece to each orange outer ear with glue. Add the inner paw pieces to the outer paw pieces. Attach the white tip to the tail.
Step 5: Attach the Muzzle
Glue the white muzzle/chest piece to the lower center of the fox's face.
Step 6: Attach the Ears, Paws, and Tail
Glue the assembled ears, paws, and tail to the fox body.
Step 7: Add Eyes and Nose
Use a black marker to draw eyes on the fox's face.
Step 8: Add the Final Details
Use the black marker to add any additional facial details like eyebrow marks or whisker dots that you like.
