Your child will love playing with their new spider friends – they're perfect for crawling around the house or playroom. Whether your little one is looking for a spooky craft or just some fun Halloween decorations, this little craft is sure to be a hit!
My favorite part of literally every craft we do in this house is that you can make it as unique to your child as you want. My middle child is our little artist, and he made each of the legs a different color of the rainbow.
It doesn't have to be true to a real spider — do packs of googly eyes come with that many?! It's just about whatever makes your little happy.
Give them free rein to be creative! Let them choose their favorite colors and decorations.
Prepare Your Halloween Paper Craft for Preschoolers
First, you'll collect your supplies, and cut out your paper.
You'll need two one inch circles for it's body, and eight strips of paper for it's legs. Then of course it's little eyeballs.

I'm all for letting kids innovate with these crafts. So if it makes your life easier and your kids are old enough to be trusted with scissors (or you're understanding that you'll have a lot to clean up later!) let them take the reins.
Step By Step Guide to Creating Your Paper Spider Craft
Give your spider some personality. Feel free to cut out mouth, create your own eyes, bend their little legs, add a bow, or add a crazy amount of eyes.
