How to Use the Construction Word Wall Cards
Step 1: Print on cardstock
Print the word wall cards on heavy cardstock.
Step 2: Laminate and cut
Laminate the cards so they last, then cut them out. Laminated cards can go up again next year, and kids can trace the words over and over.
Step 3: Add them to your wall
Put the words up before reading a construction book or talking about construction with your preschooler, or add them to your existing word wall.
Step 4: Trace the words
Kids trace the words with dry-erase markers as they learn the new vocabulary.
