What You Need for a Rainbow Rice Sensory Bottle
- Rainbow rice (white rice and food coloring)

How to Make a Rainbow Rice Sensory Bottle
Step 1: Prepare your workspace

Step 2: Fill the bottle with rainbow rice
Use a funnel or a rolled-up piece of paper to pour in the rice. Add one color at a time for rainbow stripes, and leave space at the top so the rice can swirl when shaken.

Mix in Scrabble tiles or letter beads, tiny toys or figures, glitter or buttons. Add them in layers with the rice so they spread out evenly.
Step 4: Seal the bottle
Put a little glue on the bottle threads before screwing on the lid. Give the bottle a quick shake to make sure nothing leaks out. Wrap the lid with decorative tape if you like.
