Materials You’ll Need for the Dino Valentine Craft
Step-by-Step Instructions for Your Dino Valentine Craft
Step 1: Gather Your Supplies
Gather purple, red, pink and white construction paper, scissors, glue, and a black marker.
Step 2: Cut the Purple Pieces
From purple paper, cut a semi-oval body, two medium hearts for the head and tail (make one skinny for the tail), and four small rectangle legs.
Step 3: Cut the Hearts
Cut two small red hearts, two small pink hearts, and four tiny pink hearts for the feet.
Step 4: Add the Head and Tail
Glue the skinny heart to one end of the body for the tail and the other heart to the opposite end for the head.
Step 5: Add the Legs
Glue the four purple rectangles to the bottom of the body for legs.
Step 6: Add the Feet
Glue a tiny pink heart to the bottom of each leg for the feet.
Step 7: Make the Eye
Cut a small white circle and draw the eye with a black marker.
Step 8: Add the Spikes
Glue the red and pink hearts upside down along the dinosaur’s back for spikes, alternating the colors.
All done!
Glue on the eye and add a smile or nostrils with the marker, and your Valentine dino is ready to display!
